Shipping policy

At Stacks of Lollies HQ - we strive to ship out your goodies within 3-7 Business Days (excluding Public Holidays and Weekends.) Please understand that delays may happen from time to time but rest assured we prioritize to ship your products at our earliest convenience. 

You will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL as soon as you make your purchase with order details.

We will send out SHIPPING CONFIRMATION once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you. 

If you have not received your package AFTER 3 WEEKS, please get in touch. Sometimes packages get lost or returned to us. If your package is lost, we will do our best to replace it or refund the order once an investigation has been done. If your order is returned due to an error in your address, you will need to pay for postage to have it sent to the correct address. You will not be eligible for a refund. 

Stacks of Lollies guarantees ALL items purchased are carefully wrapped and packaged appropriately ready for shipping. If by chance your item(s) are damaged during transit it is your responsibility to contact Australia Post or the courier used and discuss with them for compensation. 

Stacks of Lollies ensures all care is taken to get orders get to you in one piece however we cannot take responsibility for melted chocolate and/or any confectionary due to the fragile nature of these products and the weather. 

We use AUSTRALIA POST postage service to ship out parcels. Please note once they have left us here at Stacks of Lollies HQ, we have no control over shipping times/delays etc.
