Shipping information

At Stacks of Lollies HQ' we aim to dispatch your treats within 2-4 business days ("this does not include Public Holidays or Weekends") during increased order volumes delays may occur, please be assured that we prioritize shipping your products as promptly as possible.

Merging Orders: Stacks of Lollies will no longer be merging multiple orders as this creates extra shipping costs that we can no longer absorb. We have reduced shipping rates as best we can to try and keep costs as affordable as possible for our customers. All future orders at Stacks HQ' will now be processed and shipped individually. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Shipping Times: When choosing Standard/Express shipping - your shipping times do not commence until your parcel has been dispatched from Stacks HQ' to Australia Post!            Shipping times do not commence at the time you have placed your order!

You will receive a 'Confirmation email' as soon as you make your purchase with order details - then 'Shipping confirmation' once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.

Shipping Days: Warmer Months: Stacks dispatches your yummies Monday to Thursday only during the warmer months - We do not dispatch on Fridays! Cooler Months: We dispatch Monday to Friday during the cooler months.

Australia Post:

We use Australia Post for our deliveries. If you are not home, we suggest that you consider having your order shipped via express postage, delivered to work or a parcel locker to help keep them out of our harsh Australian weather. Our parcels are labeled as containing food and to not be left in the sun/heat, however, we do not have control over the shipping timeline, journey, or delivery location your parcel has been left at once it is in the hands of Australia Post. 

If you provide incorrect shipping details and the parcel is either retuned to us or sent to another person, we are not liable for return shipping or product replacement if we shipped the item to the address supplied at the checkout. If your order is returned to Stacks HQ' due to an address error, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it to the correct address, shipping refunds will not be applicable as it has already been paid to Australia Post.

Standard Shipping from $11.99 up to 5kg - Express Shipping from $15.99 up to 5kg 

(All shipping is an estimate and is based on the weight of your parcel)

We endeavor to charge our lovely customers less than the actual postage costs to try and keep it as affordable as possible for you, however, postage increases are out of our control, as are the postage times.

Once your item/s leaves our warehouse, we have no control over how fast or slow the journey to you may be, however, tracking is provided. If any item/s are lost/damaged by Australia Post, we will file a complaint/dispute form with them after the allotted time that is set by Australia Post.

Once they have approved it, either a replacement (if possible), or refund will be offered. Please Note - Postage fees cannot be refunded unfortunately as these have already been paid to Australia Post. 

 

International Postage:

Stacks of Lollies offers Worldwide Shipping, however, please be warned, the shipping prices are quite high. These prices are set by Australia Post, not us! If we could charge less, or a flat rate, we 100% would.

As the receiving customer, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees. 

The estimated delivery time for international shipping can vary between 6-27 days.

Exchange rates change daily - so fluctuations in shipping costs are expected and are out of our control!

Stacks of Lollies ensures that all purchased items are meticulously wrapped and packaged for shipping. Please note that chocolate and other confectionery items are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. As such, we cannot be held liable for any melting that may occur due to weather conditions beyond our control.
