Shipping information
At Stacks of Lollies HQ' we aim to dispatch your treats within 2-4 business days, during increased order volumes - delays may occur, please be assured that we prioritize shipping your products as promptly as possible.
You will receive a 'Confirmation email' as soon as you make your purchase with order details - then 'Shipping confirmation' once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.
Australia Post:
We use Australia Post for our deliveries. If you are not home, we suggest that you consider having your order shipped via express postage, delivered to work or a parcel locker to help keep them out of our harsh Australian weather. Our parcels are labeled as containing food and to not be left in the sun/heat, however, we do not have control over your parcel once it is in the hands of Australia Post.
If your order is returned to Stacks HQ' due to an address error, you'll be responsible for the postage fee to resend it to the correct address, shipping refunds will not be applicable as it has already been paid to Australia Post.
Stacks of Lollies are not liable for any melting of products during transit.

Click & Collect:
Available now from our Epping Warehouse.
Shop online and choose the pickup option from our Epping Warehouse if you are local to the area: We are located at: Unit 2, 26-38 Miller St, Epping Vic 3706. We will notify you when your sweet parcel is ready for collection.
If you chose Click/Collect at checkout, and can no longer pick up from our warehouse location, please email us at stacksoflollies@gmail.com with your order number and full postal address, and we will then invoice you for the postage required to complete and finalize your order before shipping out your sweet treats.
We endeavor to charge our lovely customers less than the actual postage costs to try and keep it as affordable as possible for you, however, postage increases are out of our control, as are the postage times.
Once your item/s leaves our warehouse, we have no control over how fast or slow the journey to you may be, however, tracking is provided. If any item/s are lost/damaged by Australia Post, we will file a complaint/dispute form with them.
Once they have approved it, either a replacement (if possible), or refund will be offered. Please Note - Postage fees cannot be refunded unfortunately as these have already been paid to Australia Post.
International Postage:
Stacks of Lollies offers Worldwide Shipping, however, please be warned, the shipping prices are quite high. These prices are set by Australia Post, not us! If we could charge less, or a flat rate, we 100% would.
If the postage and packaging is less than the quoted amount, we will refund you the difference. As the receiving customer, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
The estimated delivery time for international shipping can vary between 6-27 days.

While we take every precaution to ensure your orders arrive intact, we cannot be held liable for melted chocolate or any confectionery items due to their delicate nature and unpredictable weather conditions.
